Pilates teaches you body awareness, improves your posture and works on balances your muscle system, if you are using proper technique. In group classes, your personal needs might not be sufficient addressed. Why not taking a private session and ensuring you applying the Pilates principals correctly?
Benefits:
Private sessions are a fantastic way to start up your Pilates routine or enhance your existing skills.
Use Pilates for injury recovery where we can give you special attention to previous injuries or specific needs.
Classes might be too fast or too intimidating for you.
Work at your personal level with a teacher to reach your goal. Your progression will be designed especially for you.
Are the class times not suitable for your schedule? Book a time with our teachers at your convenience.
Would you like to some team building activities after work? Do you have a group of friends looking for a way to get in shape? Share a teacher and work out together.
Each private session is 55 minutes and instructed specifically for the person or group assembled, with thoughtful modifications for individual needs.

Individual Private:
The is the best way to get started, to improve your skills or work on injury recovery. One teacher will work you individually to reached your goals.
Duet Private:
You and one more student share one teacher to work on your Pilates skills at your own scheduled time.
Group Private:
You and up to 4 more students share one teacher at your own scheduled time. |

If you purchased duet and group privates and at your appointment, there are not enough students to fill the session, we will contact you to upgrade your session or cancel without charge. |
